INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 racks pork baby back ribs, rinsed and patted dry
  •  
  • Rub:
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
  •  
  • Sauce:
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle prepared barbecue sauce
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Rinse ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In small bowl, combine Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, paprika and pepper. Rub ribs with seasoning mixture and place in shallow roasting pan; set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; pour sauce over ribs. Cover with foil and roast in preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
  4. Skim fat from sauce; set aside. Cut ribs into serving portions and serve with sauce on the side.
