Ranch Dipped Chicken Fingers

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • Chicken:
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  •  
  • Dipping Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Honey and brown sugar to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into 2-inch pieces. Coat chicken in Ranch. Dredge chicken in breadcrumbs.
  3. Place on greased baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  4. For dipping sauce, mix Ranch with mustard. Add honey or brown sugar to taste.
