An African Vilolet's Best Friend (And Your's Too):
A few years ago I checked out from the Public Library "Growing African Violets and some other flowering houseplants", by Ruth Coulson. It was like finding a good friend or neighbor. This book has the most practical advice and so very well written, I have been searching for it ever since. Its a great reference book and is so well laid out you can pick it up and find the area you are particularly interested in with wonderful advice. Not only was it well written and organized, what she writes really works. I have been searching for the book ever since. As it was published in Australia in 1986, it has been very difficult to find. Thank you to Amazon, and my friend Jane who told me about Amazon. To all of those folks out there that would like to grow African Violets and think they are hard, get this book. Violets are really very easy and Ms. Coulson helps you right over that hurdle. Cheryl in North Carolina
