I was a skeptic:
My mother got this for me since I frequently suffered from allergies and sinus congestion. I thanked her politely and threw it in the bathroom and forgot about it. I came down with a huge sinus infection and nothing was helping. It turned into bronchitis. I was sick. The treatment the doctor gave me was working but I needed more help and inhalers made my heart race. I came across this in my bathroom and decided it couldn't hurt to give it a try. After putting a few drops on my palms and rubbing them together to create heat, I inhaled deeply. It was amazing. It helped to clear my sinuses and my chest. It helped me to feel like I could inflate my lungs fully. I always keep this on hand now. It is easy to use and works. I would highly suggest it to anyone who suffers from allergies. It is very strong with the essential oils of Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Lavender. So if you have an aversion to very strong fragrances, well, this one will knock you down. But, it so works!
