![]() PPAF. An Echinacea compact enough to grow in containers, the front of the border, and other "up close" locations, Pixie Meadowbrite? is a large-flowered true dwarf with vigorous growth, excellent branching, and a long season of bloom. Although this plant is only 18 to 20 inches high and 24 inches wide, it is so well-branched that it sets 15 or more blooms the first year and flowers from early summer until fall! Reaching 2 1/2 to 3 inches wide, with slender, closely-spaced, horizontal pink petals surrounding a large amber cone, they arise on stalks as thick as pencils, which last a long, long time after cutting. The blue-green tinted foliage on Pixie Meadowbrite? is more dense than other Echinaceas, keeping it handsome and healthy out of bloom as well as in. Pixie Meadowbrite? was developed by Dr. Jim Ault for its dwarf habit, heavy flowering, and lush foliage. Make it a part of your patio display, sunny border, and accent plantings this season!
