Meh:
I used this book to teach a class about metadata for internet resources. Haynes excels in his brief descriptions of metadata projects and gives good information about search engines. However, the other sections were less useful and covered better by other textbooks. I regret somewhat requiring the class to purchase this book, because it was so expensive (and I'm afraid that the class felt the same way.)
