Lists the variety of sprouts, use, taste, seed amount to soak, ready in # of days, method, and skill level. Also has a list of types of sprouters as well as a quick synopsis of how to grow sprouts. A handy tool to have if you want to sprout. Worth the purchase. Recommend.
