Perfect Food:
This is great stuff. It gives me a very noticeable increase in my energy level after just a couple of days of using it, plus it's easy to take and adds to my water intake. I've been using it for several years and highly recommend it.

horrible taste:
I drink a glass of these super green powders every day, and they really work. I have more energy, and I don't even get a cold anymore. I have tried different powders. None of them taste very good, but it is still OK to drink them mixed in water. I like to use water so I do not add calories every day just for these green drinks. I am sure this green powder is of similar quality as the others, but the taste is so bad, that I gaged when I drank it the first time. I did not give up right away though. I tried for a few more days, but eveytime I swallowed this, I got nauseated from the taste, and felt sick for about one hour. I gave up. This is so vile, it is just not worth it. There are many other good products out there which taste a lot better.

Super Green Drink:
"Perfect Food" is the best green drink I have ever found. I will recommend this product to everyone I know who wants to live in a healthy lifestyle and for a very, very long time. Wonderful!

HEALTHY BUT NOT GREAT TASTING:
THE PRODUCT MIXES EASILY .THE TASTE IS OK.I DONT THINK THERE ARE MANY OTHER PRODUCTS THAT WILL BE BETTER TASTING.I INTEND TO BUY IT AGAIN

It's a great product if you can get it down...:
If you like the taste of a whole bunch of grass, algae and seeds chewed up by a cow, and then spit into your glass in the morning, then by all means, Perfect Food is for you. You will be brought back to the days of your youth as you hunted for tadpoles in your backyard pond. Scoop up a glass of pond scum and there you have Perfect Food. Who knew!! It was right in our own back yard...or field. All kidding aside, this stuff could rival some Fear Factor dares in the taste department. However, if you mix it with Trader Joe's Green Drink, it's totally doable. With water, you will gag without holding your nose. I mixed it with vanilla ice cream and it was just like Green Tea Ice Cream. But, I'd be packing on the weight doing that every morning. With all this said, I will continue with Pefect Food and enjoying the benefits as long as I can cut it with a mixer!
