Saved Us A Bunch Of Money. -- We recently decided to put new floors into our bathrooms and tear out the peeling 28 year old wall paper. When the wallpaper came up we discovered that the surface had not been properly prepared. The top layer of drywall peeled up and left us with the peeling paper layers. We decided to give this a try before replacing the drywall, a very costly job. We sanded down the rough spots and put on this product. Several days later when we were sure there wasn't going to be peeling, we had a skim-coat put on to fill in the bumps and finished up with Zinsser's fast-prime. A new coat of paint and the wall almost looks brand new. There hasn't been a sign of peeling in a month and don't expect there to be in the future.
