The Industry Standard for High Quality Mastic Cures to a Strong Permanent Bond Does Not Become Hard or Brittle with Age CRL Palmer Mirro-Mastic is adhesive mastic formulated for adhering plate glass mirror and acrylic mirror to various substrates, such as drywall, wood, glass, metal, or tile. Mirro-Mastic has been field and laboratory tested for compatibility with all major brands of plate glass mirror, acrylic mirror and backing paints. Color: Black Contents: 11 fl oz (325 ml) Additional Product Information: Mirro-Mastic is ideal for large mirrored walls, columns and vanities. It can be applied to help compensate for variations between the substrate and the mirror. On porous substrates, such as drywall or wood, use Palmer Mirro-Mastic Bond or a primer or sealer to seal the substrate. On non-porous substrates, such as glass or tile, sealing is not necessary. Mirro-Mastic may be used with CRL Category Two Safety Tape Film that has been washed with a 70% solution of isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Mirro-Mastic should be applied as directed to the mirror or substrate in pats. Coverage: With minimum coverage, one 29 ounce (856 milliliter) cartridge will install approximately 30 square feet (2.8 square meters) of mirror, and one 11 ounce (325 milliliter) cartridge will install approximately 12 square feet (1.1 square meters) of mirror. Shelf Life: One year on unopened cartridges. Important Note: Test before using any mastic! Always follow manufacturer's directions on the cartridge. Do not apply Mirro-Mastic to a painted surface, wall covering or treated wood. Support mirror at the bottom. The use of mechanical fasteners is always recommended for all mirror applications.
