After charging it all night and connecting it, my two really enjoyed themselves. However...the charge only lasts about thirty minutes and then to recharge it you have to take the nose off, disconnect that, unscrew four screws, remove the battery and connect it to the charger. So..after thirty minutes of fun, you have to go through alot to recharge it and then use it again approximately five hours later. As far as I'm concerned, you only get about 30 minutes of fun a day out of it. Also..it's the weekend so I can't contact their customer service and they put on the box that you CANNOT return it the store where you purchased it after you have removed it from the box. I'm VERY disappointed. My 12 year old who weighs more than 100 lbs can't use it since the maximum user weight is 100 lbs.
