Bat Out Of Hell Live With The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra

Categories:

What can I say? It's Bat Out of Hell:
If you're familar with the original album, you're in for a suprise. It's finally happened, Meat Loaf with an orchestra, and he sounds as good as eva!

Amazed:
I know Meat is getting older, but this is a darn fine performance for one of his age. He still puts everyone to shame. Great CD, highly recommended. Check out the DVD too.

Mr. Loaf For the R & R Hall of Fame:
This is proof. Meat Loaf is a one of a kind performer with a unique vocal style that needs to be acknowledged by the public. Get him in there, now! Brilliant renditions, great sound quality, everything you could ask for in a live CD.

Meat butchers songs:
The orchestra is amazing but I squirmed as I listened to Meat butcher every song. He screamed his way through his ego infused performance and was most often off-key. I can't believe the rave reviews this received! He did not sing one line the way it was written and sounded like a deaf person might sound as his annunciation was brutal.

An true review!:
FIRST OF ALL MEATS VOICE IS IN TOP FORM.HE SOUNDS BETTER THAN EVER.FOR CRYING OUT LOUD HE SINGS AND SOUNDS LIKE IT WAS RIGHT OFF THE ORIGINAL ALBUM.OR COURSE HIS VOICE NOW IS MUCH DEEPER COMPARED TO THE ORIGINAL SOUND HE HAD ON BAT OUT OF HELL.NOW FOR THE REASON I ONLY GAVE IT 4 STARS.BECAUSE HOW MANY TIMES DO WE NEED TO HEAR THE SAME SONGS.MAYBE IF IT AT LEAST HAD WHAT THE DVD VIDEO HAD IT WOULD BE GREAT.THE DVD VIDEO HAS SONGS FROM BAT 1,BAT 2,COULDNT HAVE SAID IT BETTER,DEAD RINGER FOR LOVE.AND ITS HARD TO CAPTURE THE SOUND OF THE ALBUMS ON A LIVE STAGE.MOST OF THE SONGS SOUND MUCH DIFFERENT THAN THERE ALBUM CONTERPARTS.WHICH IS INPOSSIBLE TO DO ANYWAY.ALL IN ALL A GREAT PERFORMANCE.gREAT DRUMMING AND GUITARS.
