Useful, but the wire shelf did not fit easily:
This fit perfectly in a space on my patio--I wanted a work surface and a place to hang BBQ utensils. I am happy with the size, look and usefulness. Alas, the wire shelf was too wide--my husband and I had to really force it, and one of the 4 corner hooks (which hook it onto the legs to hold it in place) broke off. The shelf is still stable enough--but the manufacturer's quality process clearly could be better.

Not too sturdy, but not a loser, either.:
I was surprised to see that it was assembled from the factory. All you do is unpack it, and it folds out into a nice little table. It even comes with its own carrying case. On the down side, it wobbles much more than I would want for the money. This could be a concern, since I plan on using it as a table next to my BBQ grill, and don't want it to collapse with my burgers and things on it. Time will tell, and I'll post another comment on it as soon as I've used it several months.

I found it quite sturdy, and it actually fits in the bag!:
Most people plop a grill in the yard and expect it to be useful, but if you are doing serious cooking you need a food prep area. I took this table with me on a group picnic along with my Weber Q grill. I cooked up a large bunch of dogs and burgers, and I could keep my platter out of the rain on the lower shelf (boy I'm glad someone thought to add that lower shelf!). Also, when you clean it the top actually looks clean, which I prefer to weathered picnic tables for food prep.

Grill masters best friend:
The great thing about this product is that there is no assembly required. you just open the box and it slides right out. It has folding legs and the bottom grate you see in the picture quickly detaches, making this thing easy to move around as well as for storage. The hooks on the side work great for my BBQ tools
