Watch Out For Grammar -- Any reviewer who refers to "there music" is too stupid to be trusted with carrying my dirty laundry for me. Forget about letting them influence my musical decisions. Killer band, killer album. THEIR music will appeal to fans of Supersuckers, Two Cow Garage, American Werewolf Academy, Zeke, etc. Yo Timothy Schwader! -- You are an a-hole. Watch Out For The Fat, Sweaty, Naked Guy. -- Seriously. I just saw them open for QOTSA last night in Cleveland and would only suggest purchasing thier album if you need a $13.99 beer coaster (or would like to be reminded of the time you saw the ween of the washboard player). The songs played at the show were uninspired, played for speed and not content, and without a message to back up the activity. Tuxedo Guy -- I just saw them open for QOTSA in Calgary, They frikin pulled me up on stage and I jammed on the Wash board to "Hang on". No joking!!! Met the guys after, bought the CD and have been blasting it ever since. This is a killer CD! Songs are fast, loud, catchy and strange... My knuckles are all torn up from the washboard and cow bell! Peace yo! Great Album -- throw rag is one of the last original bands out there that still sound great. i saw them a couple of years back at the Roxy. they played with the supersuckers, and had a lot of energy. it was great! some of the things that "captain sean doe" did on stage would be illeagal to restate in this rewview. desert shores is a great album, however, if you want a little more rockabilly sound from them, try their first album "tee-tot". and to the guy below me, if you are going to write a REVIEW, talk about the music, dont just talk about someone else. you are probably just some weird internet guy that lives in his mommys basement despite the fact that hes 37 years old. you also probably pretend that you are a 20-something hot chick when you are on the internet. oh, and by the way, after all of your talk, you didnt even write a review!
