I bought this product to clean stains off carpet and to be pet friendly-- so my cats could walk on it soon after and not be harmed. I was so amazed how well this product worked!!! Now I won't have to try anything else--I am sold. It took out fresh dark stains and old ones too. I am so happy and pleased with this product---I can't say enough positive things about it!

be kind to your pets:
this stuff is miraculous! my poor little kit was recently sick, which made him unable to control where he went to the bathroom. my apartment was a disaster with sick kitty urine stains and stenches. the clean up effort was for naught because every commercial product i used was ineffective at killing the odor. (i had ONLY tried other all natural products, incidentally. so i don't know how well the chemically toxic ones work.) i bought this product at the local pet shop as kinda my last hope. it not only works very well at odor elimination, it leaves a fresh scent. and of course, eliminates the stain. saturate the stain on the carpet (or wherever). wait a minute or two. give it a good rub with a cloth (or paper towel, if you're into throwing away trees unnecessarily), and then just let it dry. (oh yeah. check first on a hidden spot of the surface you're cleaning to make sure it's not color fast.) the product has natural cultures in it that consume the bio-matter you're cleaning (e.g., urine, poo, hurl, etc.). once the bio-matter is gone, the stain & odor are gone. it's wonderful! it's similar to what yogurt does in your digestive system. gets rid of the nasties. so yeah. i totally recommend this.

Best I've found...:
I recently purchased this while looking for an eco-friendly pet stain remover. It has the best smell- Eucalyptus & Ginger, I think. It doesn't have the chemical smell of some odor removers, or the alcohol smell of a very popular one. It's my favorite, hands down!

Pretty much like all the rest....:
I had high hopes for this product after reading various reviews, but found it to work about like the 4 or 5 others I have tried. And none have done the job satisfactorily. This one was probably better than the others but still didn't do the trick.
