Not well thought out:
I've bought many many products from Amazon...this is the first I felt compelled to review. A large dog scale that times out in what amounts to about a 10 count? I have a 6.5 mo old great dane...it takes 5-10 seconds just to get him to get all 4 feet up on the scale..only to see it turn itself off immediately afterward. What an absolutely ridiculous (Apparently batter-saving) feature that makes it take 2-3 times just to weigh the poor dog who now hates it.
Good, reasonably priced scale:
If, like me, you are attempting to keep an eye on your dogs' weight, this is a good product. My only complaint is that it could have been a little larger - my dogs are big and they just barely fit onto it. Still, for the price, portability and functionality, it was a good deal; I shopped around and this was the best I could find. One hint - make weighing time fun for the dogs - give them a small treat each time they get on it successfully.
