close but no cigar.:
watch out for this piece. the so called pillows are hard and do not give when you try to place your watch around them. the pillows must be bigger than my wrist, because when I try to close my watches around them I cant. and the pillows wont budge an inch...what genious thought up that one ? also there is no type of felt or cushion tabs on the bottom , so be careful not to scratch the surface of your furniture when sliding it accross. I am lucky to still have in my possesion all the watch boxes from INVICTA watches that I previously purchased, so I replaced the so called pillows with real actual watch pillows. And now as far as whats good about the storage box....it is big and deep enough to more than accommodate your largest watch. I know because it happily swallowed up my 53mm 52mm & 50mm INVICTA watches. the outside of the box is handsom and has a nice finish to it...and the lid accommodates room for the watches when you close it. Well thats all folks ..hope my review was helpful.
Well worth the money:
Nice deep, drawers, glass lid(not plastic), good cushions and fairly heavy box. Trully reminds one of wood, even if it's not. My 48mm wide x16mm thick watch with 3 extra links, sits comfortable, thats all you need to know.
Very nice watch box.:
This box is great for the price! I will buy another one soon (too many watches). The compartments are huge for even the largest of watches. If you have smaller watches, you can fit two on each oillow. Seems very well made. Very nicely done. The only thing I would change is the pillows are almost too wide, if you push them way down in the pocket, you have to pull with some force to get them out. I would recommend this box to anybody.
Great watch box:
I purchased this watch box for my brother-in-law, who is a huge watch afficiando. He has a collection of rather large watches and this box is perfect. All the watches fit the space provided and the glass lid is a nice showcase. The style is modern, contemporary and very sleek. He loved it!
Great Product:
This item is awesome. I bought it for my fiancee who loves big flashy watches. it holds them perfectly with enough room. the quality is awesome and just as described. the only issue is the stainless steel plate. it can be engraved, but it cannot be removed, so it is difficult to fit into standard engraving machines. the recommendation i have recieved is to put a plate on top of it and engrave that. other than that one issue. This is a beautiful quality watch box. i would definetly recommend this product.
