The Bromeliad Window Garden is a unique gardening feature made with wood and wrought iron. Growing on the wood are approximately 12 Bromeliad plants. Bromeliads are commonly called airplants and are very easy to take care of. Mist the plants every other day and keep the natural cups, formed by the leaves, full of water. A water soluble house plant food can be used once a month at 1/4 strength. Bright, indirect light is great. It will also thrive under bright artificial light. Periodically the bromeliads will reward you with exotic blooms. New bromeliad plants are formed from the mother plant. It can be used indoors or out.
