Exactly what you'd expect:
Amazingly strong! Will certainly pinch fingers if you aren't careful. Also, the magnets are brittle, so allowing them to slam together will cause them to chip. I wrapped mine in a thin padding material and duct tape. This way if it chips, I won't know about it... One of these magnets will hold about 60 beer caps all around it in a pretty interesting looking ball of beer caps... They are VERY strong, be careful.
