Not as easy as the directions state:
The directions say to apply liberally, wait 15 min and rinse off with water hose on max spray. Unfortunatly this will not do much for removing old stain. The step that you need (which is not mentioned) is to scrub the deck with a stiff bristle brush after waiting 15 min, then spray with hose. The product works well once the wood is scrubbed. You may have to use a second application to remove all of the previous stain, but, for the most part, the majority of the stain should be removed. This is a lot of tough work so don't underestimate the job.
